$150.00 per hour on most small residential homes.
$250.00 per hour for larger residential and commercial properties that require two workers
$135.00 for backflow valve testing

Spring Start-Ups

At the beginning of every Spring, your Irrigation System must be properly opened and set up for the coming season. The long winter, freezing temperatures and snow can be extremely harsh on your lawn sprinkler system’s components.

A regimented professional spring start up process must be performed to ensure the system is in top working order.

Spring turn on start at $150.00 hour plus material. Service contacts are available.

Winterizing

A sprinkler blowout takes the process a step further. It uses an industrial grade air compressor to blow all of the water out of the system.

We begin winterizing sprinkler systems at the end of September and continue through the end of November.

The cost of winterizing starts at $175.00 for residential customers with systems up to 12 zones.

Design/ Installation

Since 1977 the JRL family has been on the cutting edge of designing and installing home irrigation systems. State-of-the-art equipment and a well-trained professional staff make for a seamless installation.

A basic lawn sprinkling system starts around $6000-$8500 for the lawn areas only.
